Completed 3 Olympic distance triathlons this year. Gonna do the half ironman next! Which 2 to 3 times longer. I know my weakest is cycling. My previous average was 20kmph, now I have moved to 26kmph. Looking at cycling times of the pros goes more than 40kmph. I’d be happy to get 30 kph. I have asked around and people have been recommending hill rides, and high intensity interval training, and… More frequent training.
