The SCB run was organized well,
\nThe event everyone did they tell,
\nNewspapers they did advertising,
\nEven seen by those facebooking,<\/p>\n
Registrations and payments available online,
\nThe whole process went down quite fine,
\nIn our e-mails the receipts were given,
\nbar codes blocked cud be forgiven,<\/p>\n
GetFitCrossFit organized practice runs,
\non weekends not including on sun’s,
\nI didn’t bother waking up at 5am,
\nThe practice run i didn’t came,<\/p>\n
The reminders were sent,
\nTo pick up our race pack we went,
\nFinding the indoor stadium’s main entrance,
\nwas easy if you followed the other entrants,<\/p>\n
Finding in my race pack bag,
\nmy t-shirt, bib number and tag,
\nsafety to pins to put it up was included,
\nso all my preparations were concluded,<\/p>\n
On the morning I woke up,
\n3 am to drink my 1 litre up,
\nPrepared and waited for about an hour,
\nbefore i went without taking a shower,<\/p>\n
arrived at the stadium at 4am,
\nto see there was no very big jam,
\nsaw a lot of volunteers and organizers,
\nbut not yet a lot of runners,<\/p>\n
baggage counters were conveniently provided,
\nfor those that carried a lot when they arrived,
\nbaggage numbers stapled to our bibs,
\nso no one can take it with fibs,<\/p>\n
My stomache was acting a bit funny,
\nEven before the day was sunny.
\nFortunate to have portable toilets provided,
\nand the organizer have already considered,<\/p>\n
5.30am 21k started on time,
\nstill so early it ought to be a crime,
\n6am 10k runners were told,
\nto line up in the cold,<\/p>\n
off to the starting line we were sent,
